MISSION
TechDiving's
mission is to provide high quality diving services, soldering
and inspection to every person or interested company,
contributing to the people's safety, environment and property;
using appropriate teams and trained human resources. We are
dedicated to the application of our impartial opinion and
agreement to the standards, codes, rules and regulations of
Authorized Classification Societies. At the customer's
requests, we are obligated to provide all qualifications and
references.
QUALITY
OF SERVICE
TechDiving, becomes a quality service when the customer has
been completely satisfied with the received service. Also when
the client has the desire to recontact us or recommend us as a
good service.
POLICIES
1.
ATTENTION: Giving immediate attention to the requests for
information and quotations of the client. Our technicians and
divers must adapt to the schedules and conditions of the
client of operating in the field.
2.
PUNCTUALITY: Being attentive and punctual with our commitments
and with the schedules of work agreed upon.
3.
SAFETY: At work, firstly evaluating and obeying the safety
regulations of the environment of the teams and the
installations, and or the customer's property.
4.
SERVICE. The services will be realized with the highest
priority of not to interrupting the customer's operations,
with safety, without decrement of the quality of the service
and within the budget.
5.
REPORTS: We will provide reports daily in clear form and with
information that it allows the client to make decisions. All
the generated reports are in our archives for a time of 5
years available to the client upon request.
6.
SATISFACTION TO THE CUSTOMER: Exceeding the needs and
expectations agreed upon with the customer.
7.
WE RESPECT SOCIETY: We respect society, in accordance to all
the laws and regulations and to the on-the-job policies.
8.
DRUGS And ALCOHOL: The use of alcohol and, drugs is forbidden
and is a non-negotiable condition for working with our
company.
9.
QUALITY: We do what we say we will do, and sign on the bottom
line.
10. FEEDBACK: We take fast action in response to our customer's
suggestions. Ethics, moral values, responsibility,
credibility, honesty, service, respect and love to family, are
the values that empower us to maintain the continuous
improvement in our work.
